Bay's Complex occupies the Kokkinari area, 0.6 mi from the port and a short walk from the old port's restaurants and nightlife. Spread across two adjoining buildings, the property has a swimming pool and a dining area serving snacks and meals in one, and a cafe with a children's playground in the other. Rooms are simply furnished with private bathrooms, and most look out over the sea and countryside from a hillside position.
