What is the Founding Member program?

Join Professional before June 21, 2026 and get: €19/month locked for 24 months (even when prices increase), unlimited creator matches, white-glove onboarding for the first 100 founding members, and a Founding Member badge visible to creators. After the 24-month lock window, your subscription moves to the prevailing rate. **Founding-Enterprise** rates lock for 2 years — €49 / €39 / €29 / €24 per property/month across the 4 tiers (2-9, 10-24, 25-49, 50+ properties), available until 21 June 2026.

What does the Free plan include?

Accepted Answer

After your first hotel is verified, one Free calendar-month window opens. During that same window you must publish one Open Stay or send one direct offer, creators must apply, the hotel must select an applicant, and the final match must be accepted. Publishing or sending does not start a new month. If no collaboration is confirmed by the deadline, the unmatched Open Stay or direct offer and all related inquiries or pending offers expire automatically.

When do I need to pay?

Upgrade when you want to continue after your included collaboration, or when the one-month Free window ends without a confirmed match. We never auto-charge — you always choose when to subscribe.

Are there per-match fees or commissions?

Accepted Answer

No. easyInfluencer uses a pure subscription model. Starter includes 3 matches per month, while Professional and Enterprise include unlimited matches. There are no per-match fees, commissions, or hidden charges.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from the Billing page anytime. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees or long-term contracts. If you're a Founding Member and cancel, then re-subscribe later, you'll pay the prevailing rate (the €19 founding lock is tied to the original subscription).

What is the refund policy?

Subscriptions continue until the end of the paid period. Refunds are not automatic; exceptional cases reviewed individually. Annual plans paid by credit card may be refunded within 14 days of payment, subject to manual review and approval. Monthly plans: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month — no automatic pro-rated refund.

Will prices increase?
