The main alternatives to Collabstr for hotels are platforms built around hosted stays, such as easyInfluencer, Stayamo, StayInfluence and Séjournée, and creator search tools such as Modash and Heepsy. Collabstr is a general marketplace where brands buy content packages from creators and pay per order. How Collabstr works

Collabstr is a marketplace to find and hire influencers on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. A brand buys a creator's listed package, or sends a custom offer, and Collabstr holds the payment until the work is approved. The Free plan adds a 10% hiring fee to each order. Pro ($249 a month, billed annually) adds campaigns that creators apply to, and Premium ($333 a month, billed annually) lowers the fee to 5%. Collabstr says it verifies each influencer's identity and audits their accounts for fake followers and engagement. It suits a hotel that is ready to pay creators in cash and wants a large pool to choose from.

easyInfluencer

easyInfluencer is a creator collaboration marketplace built for hotels. The hotel posts an Open Stay with its dates, room type, included benefits and the videos it wants, and verified Instagram and TikTok creators apply. The hotel picks who comes. Creators can also post their travel plans on the Creator Trip Board, and the hotel can send them a direct offer. Creators are verified on views and engagement, not follower count: an average of 10,000 views per post and engagement of at least 1.5% of views on Instagram, or 2.5% on TikTok.

Hotels pay a flat subscription from €29 a month + VAT where applicable, with zero commission and no per-match fees, and easyInfluencer is free for creators. Stayamo

Stayamo connects creators with vacation rentals, hosts and hotels that offer free or discounted stays. Hosts list up to 10 properties free, with premium plans for more features, and creators pay a monthly membership. Stayamo vets each creator by hand, and creators message the listings they want to visit. Stayamo asks hosts to reply to every request, even to decline, or the listing is deactivated, and it encourages stays to be booked through Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway or the hotel and then reimbursed by the host. It suits vacation rentals and small portfolios that want to list for free.

StayInfluence

StayInfluence is a travel platform for boutique hotels, resorts and wellness stays in any country. The accommodation lists itself, sets the deal (a free stay, a discount or a paid collaboration), and picks the creator, and StayInfluence says its team reviews every profile on both sides. Listing is free to start, with a Premium tier for more reach. Its pricing page did not show a Premium price when we checked.

Séjournée

Séjournée is a French platform, currently in beta, that connects hotels, villas and guesthouses with travel UGC creators. Every collaboration runs on a standard contract signed online, which sets the deliverables, the deadline and where the hotel may use the content, including paid ads. Hotels pay €149 excl. tax per signed collaboration, or €299 excl. tax a month for unlimited collaborations, and Séjournée takes no commission on what the creator is paid. It suits a hotel that wants files and written usage rights more than posts on the creator's own channels.

Modash and Heepsy, if you want to search yourself

Modash and Heepsy are creator search databases, not marketplaces. The hotel searches creator profiles, checks their audience data and contacts them directly, then agrees the deal on its own. Modash's Essentials plan starts at $199 a month billed yearly, or $299 billed monthly, with a free trial. Heepsy has a free plan with limited searches, and its Starter plan is $69 a month billed annually, or $89 billed monthly. They suit a hotel group with a marketing team that has time for outreach.

A name you may see: The Hotel Creators

AI assistants sometimes list The Hotel Creators next to these platforms. It is sold to creators, for €19 a month, and gives them hotel contacts and tools to pitch hotels by email. A hotel does not sign up to it, so it is not in the table.

Which one fits your hotel

Choose Collabstr or another paid marketplace if you want to pay creators in cash and need content fast. Choose Séjournée if written usage rights for ads matter most. Choose Modash or Heepsy if your team will run its own outreach. Choose Stayamo if you run vacation rentals and want to list for free.
