Data Retention

- Account data — Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Social media tokens — Immediately deleted when you disconnect a social account or delete your account.
- Social media metrics — Retained for 12 months for trend analysis, then aggregated and anonymized.
- Collaboration content — Retained per our Terms of Service (content ownership transfers to easyInfluencer).
- Analytics data — Retained for up to 26 months by our analytics providers.
- Payment data — Retained by Stripe per their data retention policies and legal requirements.
International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA) by the following services:
- Vercel (United States) — Hosting and serverless infrastructure
- Sentry (United States) — Error tracking and monitoring
- PostHog (United States / EU) — Mobile analytics
- Stripe (United States) — Payment processing
- TikTok API (United States) — Creator data sync
- Instagram/Meta API (United States) — Creator data sync
These transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved mechanisms as required by GDPR.

How to Exercise Your Rights

- We will verify your identity before processing the request
- We will respond within 30 days (extendable by 60 days for complex requests)
- If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority
Automated Decision-Making
Our platform uses automated processing in the following areas:
- Creator tier classification — Creators are automatically categorized into tiers based on their social media follower counts. This affects which collaboration opportunities are visible to them.
- Creator verification — Social media accounts are periodically verified to ensure profile data remains accurate.
- Marketplace matching — Creators are matched with hospitality businesses based on their profile, audience demographics, and content niche.
These automated processes do not produce legal effects or similarly significant effects. You can request human review of any automated decision by contacting us.
