Each Business and each Creator assumes sole, independent, and full responsibility for their complete compliance with applicable tax and labor legislation arising from any activity in connection with businesses or partners they have come into contact with through the Platform, including, but not limited to, the issuance of the required tax documents, the payment of taxes and contributions, and any other related obligation.

The Company bears no liability, direct or indirect, for any act, omission, or breach of tax or other legal obligation on the part of its users. The user unconditionally accepts that the Company is not liable to any third party, including tax and other public authorities, in connection with any activity carried out as a result of the use of the Platform.
