Starter: €29/mo (1 property, 3 matches per month, 3 Open Stays per month). Professional: €49/mo (1 property, unlimited Open Stays, priority matching, Reporting, analytics). Professional Plus: €79/mo (everything in Professional, plus AI-assisted custom briefs, and Direct Request on annual billing). Enterprise: for portfolios of 2 or more properties, billed per property and graduated like a tax bracket. Your first 9 properties cost €79/property/month, and properties 10 to 24 cost €59/property/month. Each rate only applies to the properties in that range, never your whole portfolio. Self-serve checkout covers portfolios up to 24 properties; from 25 properties, contact sales and we build the plan around you. Annual billing on every paid plan pays for 10 months instead of 12.

After your 30-day free trial ends. We email a reminder 7 days before it ends. Cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing — otherwise your plan renews automatically at the price and interval you chose at checkout. If you have an agreed creator stay that runs past your trial end date, cancellation isn't available until it fits inside the paid period.

Yes. Every self-serve plan — Starter, Professional, Professional Plus and Enterprise — starts with a 30-day free trial. A card is required to activate your plan, but you're not charged until the trial ends, and we email a reminder 7 days before it ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and you pay nothing.

No. easyInfluencer uses a pure subscription model. Starter includes 3 matches per month, while Professional, Professional Plus and Enterprise include unlimited matches. There are no per-match fees, commissions, or hidden charges.

Yes — during your free trial you can cancel anytime and pay nothing, unless you have an agreed creator stay that runs past your trial end date (then cancellation isn't available until it fits inside a paid period). After the trial, cancel from the Billing page anytime — access continues until the end of your paid billing period. No cancellation fees or long-term contracts.

Business subscriptions continue until the end of the paid period. Refunds are not automatic; exceptional cases reviewed individually. Annual plans paid by credit card may be refunded within 14 days of payment, subject to manual review and approval. Monthly plans: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month — no automatic pro-rated refund.

Existing business subscribers keep their current rate at each renewal. Time-limited promotional rates move to the prevailing rate when their lock period ends, as stated when you joined. Any other price change would only affect new sign-ups unless we communicate it to you with notice.
