Matching is based on your property category and destination preferences. Smaller boutique stays are matched with creators whose audiences fit, while 4-star, 5-star, and luxury properties are matched with creators who have larger reach. This ensures a good match for both sides.

Look for a creator whose audience, content style, verified channels, travel plans, and destination fit your property. Review their profile and recent work, then send a clear stay offer with real dates and included benefits.

Only verified creators can apply and receive offers. A creator's connected Instagram or TikTok account is checked before they can apply, and an account that breaks the platform rules can be paused after manual review.

A reputation system tracking your platform activity. Earn points for completed matches (+100), positive reviews (+50), posted Open Stays (+20), sent offers (+10), and fast responses (+15). Lose points for negative reviews (-30) and ignored offers (-10).

When a creator posts a trip for your destination on the Creator Trip Board, they're announcing plans to visit your area. Browse the Creator Trip Board and send direct offers to creators whose profile matches your property.
