Kastro Hotel sits in the centre of Spetses, on a quiet street 98 ft from the sea and 984 ft from the port Dapia and Agios Mamas Beach. The hotel is a small family business, ranked as an A category Traditional Hotel. Mr. Apostolos, who owns it today, bought the mansion in 1985 — it dated from 1830 and stood abandoned — and rebuilt it in the style and colours of the island, with a great deal of love and passion, until it became the small paradise it is now. There are 17 rooms and apartments, all with modern comforts and Wi-fi in every area and room; the newest deluxe apartments have 2 bathrooms. Rooms look over the sea, the pool or the garden. A garden, an outdoor swimming pool, a sun deck, a bar and a snack bar are shared by guests. The hotel suits a few days as easily as a long holiday, and we offer free transfer from the port Dapia on arrivals upon request. Vacations matter to us as much as they do to our guests, so nothing is too much trouble — we would be glad to host you.
