A 9-minute walk takes you from Aries Villas down to Megas Gialos Beach. The villas are air-conditioned, each with a sea-view terrace, a seating area and satellite flat-screen TV. Kitchens come fully equipped, with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee machine and kettle, and bathrooms hold a hot tub and bathrobes. Linen and towels are supplied. Breakfast is served buffet or continental, with local specialities, fresh pastries and pancakes. In warm weather the barbecue and the private patio take over, and there is a garden, a hot tub and a pool with a view outside, plus table tennis and a balcony. The fitness centre is free, and so is the airport shuttle, which covers the 0.6 miles to Skiathos Airport in either direction. Cycling, hiking, fishing, diving and horseback riding are all possible in the surrounding area, and bicycle rental can be arranged. Baby safety gates, high chairs, family rooms and babysitting look after younger guests, and there is an elevator and accommodation suited to guests with reduced mobility. Skiathos Castle draws most people into town; Παραλια Γλυφονερι and Παραλια Ξανεμο are the beaches guests here tend to ask about.
