The property occupies a hill of 6,000 m2 standing 2953 feet from Sani Beach in Chalkidiki, and the view from it takes in Mount Olympus, the pine forest and Sani bay. Sani Marina, where the shops, restaurants and bars are, is a 5-minute walk. Units are large and decorated one by one, each facing the sunset. Kitchens are open-plan and fully equipped, living rooms modern, and a furnished patio opens straight off the accommodation. Stone-built paths and walls cross the garden and lawn, which are well kept and planted with palm, olive and fruit trees. A freshwater pool sits among them with sun benches around it and an elegant pool bar alongside, comfortable to sit at over a cold drink. An open-air kitchen and BBQ are set into the same landscaping. The restaurant serves a homemade buffet breakfast and Mediterranean dishes made with organic produce.
