The building is a restored 1930s structure in central Athens. The rooms inside it are decorated one by one, with modern furnishings, air conditioning, satellite and cable television and a safe that takes a laptop. A pool operates seasonally. A cafeteria and a bar-restaurant with refined décor serve coffee, drinks, light refreshments and full meals. Wi-Fi in the public areas costs nothing. A large multipurpose hall inside the hotel hosts art exhibitions, galleries and conventions. Staff help with travel guidance, restaurant reservations, tour arrangements and news of cultural events, and free maps are handed out. The Archaeological Museum, the Acropolis and Plaka's ancient quarter are all walkable, as is the National Theater; Omonoia Metro Station is a 10-minute walk.
