An offer is a formal collaboration proposal from a business. It includes property details, what's included in your stay, dates, and content deliverables (Reels, TikTok videos, hashtags, mentions, tone, and deadlines).

Two ways: through Open Stay applications — when a business selects you from applicants, and through the Creator Trip Board, when a business sees your travel plans and reaches out directly.

Review the included stay benefits, agreed dates, indicative video count, tagging details, and any creative notes. Message the business if you have questions before accepting.

Once a creator accepts an offer, the collaboration moves through: Accepted → Document verification (optional) → In progress (your trip) → Content submission → Content review → Content approved → Deployment (posting to your channels) → Completed.

Yes. Every offer has a built-in messaging thread for direct communication — ask questions, coordinate logistics, discuss content ideas, or share updates during your trip.

You can cancel, but we strongly discourage it. Businesses plan around your visit. If you must cancel due to an emergency, communicate with the business through messaging as soon as possible.
