Best platforms for hotels to find creators in 2026
George KaravokyrisFounder & CEO, easyInfluencer6 min read

The best platform for a hotel to find content creators in 2026 depends on what the hotel wants to offer: stay-for-content platforms such as easyInfluencer, Stayamo, StayInfluence and Séjournée suit hotels that host creators, paid marketplaces such as Collabstr and Insense suit hotels that pay creators in cash, and search tools such as Modash and Heepsy suit teams that run their own outreach. Start from that choice, then compare price, how the platform checks creators and how much of the work it leaves to you.
easyInfluencer publishes this list, so every fact below about another platform comes from that platform's own website, checked on 12 October 2026. Where one of them fits a hotel better than we do, we say so.
How to choose
Four questions sort the list quickly. Do you want to offer a stay, pay a fee, or both? Do you want creators to apply to you, or will you contact them yourself? Do you need a written contract with usage rights for ads? And do you pay the platform a subscription, a fee on each deal, or both?
Platforms built around a hosted stay
easyInfluencer
easyInfluencer is a creator collaboration marketplace for hotels and hotel groups. The hotel posts an Open Stay with its dates, room type, what the stay includes and the videos it wants, verified Instagram and TikTok creators apply, and the hotel chooses who comes. Creators can also post their travel plans on the Creator Trip Board, where hotels send them direct offers.
Fits: hotels and hotel groups in any country that want to fill specific dates with creators who apply. Price: a flat subscription from €29 a month + VAT where applicable, zero commission, no per-match fees, free for creators, and a 30-day free trial on every plan, card required. Watch for: it covers Instagram and TikTok only, and creators must average 10,000 views per post, so very small accounts will not appear. See plans
Stayamo
Stayamo connects creators with vacation rentals, hosts and hotels that offer free or discounted stays. Hosts list up to 10 properties free, with premium plans for more features, and each creator is vetted by hand.
Fits: vacation rentals and small portfolios that want to list for free. Watch for: hosts must reply to every request, even to decline, or the listing is deactivated, and stays are usually booked through Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway or the hotel and then reimbursed by the host.
StayInfluence
StayInfluence lists boutique hotels, resorts and wellness stays in any country. The accommodation sets the deal (a free stay, a discount or a paid collaboration) and picks the creator, and the team reviews every profile on both sides.
Fits: boutique and wellness properties that want a curated, smaller platform. Watch for: listing is free to start, but the price of the Premium tier was not shown on its site when we checked.
Séjournée
Séjournée is a French platform, in beta, for hotels, villas and guesthouses that want UGC from travel creators. Every collaboration runs on a standard contract signed online that sets the deliverables, the deadline and where the hotel can use the content, including paid ads.
Fits: hotels that want files and written usage rights for their own channels and ads. Price: €149 excl. tax per signed collaboration, or €299 excl. tax a month, with no commission on the creator's pay. Watch for: it is still in beta, and any cash fee is settled directly between the hotel and the creator.
Paid creator marketplaces
Collabstr
Collabstr is a general marketplace where brands hire Instagram, TikTok and YouTube creators by buying their listed packages or sending an offer. Collabstr holds the payment until the brand approves the work, and it checks creators for fake followers and engagement.
Fits: hotels with a cash budget that want a large pool of creators and fast delivery. Price: a Free plan, or Pro at $249 and Premium at $333 a month, billed annually, plus a hiring fee of 10% on Free and Pro or 5% on Premium, added to each order. Watch for: a hosted stay is not the core of the deal, and creators set their own prices. Our Collabstr comparison for hotels goes into detail.
Insense
Insense is a marketplace for UGC and influencer campaigns, built mainly for product brands, with tools for TikTok Spark Ads, Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Shop. Brands write a brief, find vetted creators in its marketplace, and pay them and manage content rights through Insense.
Fits: hotel groups that want video for paid social ads. Price: a Brand plan at $500 a month billed quarterly, plus a marketplace fee of 7% to 20% on each creator payment depending on the plan. Watch for: the first month is a Trial at $650 that upgrades to the Brand plan automatically unless you cancel at least 48 hours before it ends.
Search tools for teams that do their own outreach
Modash
Modash is a creator search and management tool. The hotel searches creator profiles, checks audience data, contacts creators and tracks content and payments in one place.
Fits: hotel groups with a marketing team running an ongoing creator programme. Price: Essentials from $199 a month billed yearly, or $299 billed monthly, with a free trial. Watch for: Modash finds and manages creators, but the hotel does the outreach and agrees every deal itself.
Heepsy
Heepsy is an influencer search tool with audience filters, outreach emails and a CRM.
Fits: a hotel that wants to try creator search before paying. Price: a free plan with limited searches, and Starter from $69 a month billed annually, or $89 billed monthly. Watch for: as with Modash, the hotel contacts creators and negotiates on its own.
