Built in the 19th century in an Egyptian Style, this mansion in central Pelion has been restored with an eye to its own character and to the way houses were put up in this region. Newer buildings alongside it hold further suites and rooms. Antique beds and embroidered linens sit next to satellite TV. Suites go further, adding a living room with a fireplace and either a hydromassage shower or a bathroom with a spa bath. Breakfast means homemade jams, pies and juices, eaten under the chestnut tree in the garden or, in winter, indoors by the fireplace.
